This seminar trains students or teachers for the role of mentoring in schools. It will invite participants to reflect on their own experiences within the school community as well as examine how theycan best use their strengths and qualities to support others.
The presentation is highly motivational, interactive and practical. Tips and suggestions are rooted in tried and tested strategies used in schools today.
There is a significant yet easily accessible emphasis on the psychology behind the strategies. Participants will leave the training not only with the "how" but also with the "why" of effective mentoring.
